Hervaz Group has developed an intense activity in the management of the business assets during these last years.

From its roots, it has had a permanent investment in agricultural, livestock and forest soils.

Similarly, at the begining bet was placed into the world of hydrocarbon. Establishing two gas stations in strategic points in Campo de Gibraltar, currently operated on a lease.

Other bets have included business investment in industrial buildings throughout the Spanish geography, such as the ones owned in the provinces of Tarragona, Vigo, Madrid, Málaga, Seville and Cádiz; and also commercial and office spaces in different cities in the province of Cádiz and Madrid.

Further than our borders, land and buildings got acquired in Sofia and other cities in Bulgaria. Our last investment outside Spain has been in Portugal.
