Our livestock operations focus on the Retinta breed<\/strong>, <\/span>one of the finest native breeds of the southwestern Iberian dehesa<\/i>, renowned for its hardiness and the exceptional quality of its beef. In line with our commitment to the environment, we follow an extensive farming model in which animals are raised freely, ensuring natural grazing, animal welfare, and respect for the natural cycles of the local ecosystem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

At HERVAZ, we go beyond the traditional livestock model. All of our production is marketed through DCOOP<\/strong>, the largest agri-food cooperative in Southern Europe. This partnership reinforces our commitment to Spain\u2019s primary sector. Our relationship with the cooperative also goes far beyond commercial collaboration: Carlos V\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, a member of HERVAZ\u2019s second generation, serves as President of DCOOP\u2019s Beef Division<\/strong>, helping to shape the strategy of a sector that plays a vital role in the Spanish economy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
